What does the "X" for a moveset mean?

I'm sure its been posted here before and I've just missed, it but what does an "X" for a moveset mean?

Says under ratings:

X = Sub-optimal moveset with zero viability

Either the typing is bad or the damage is too low to be worth using.

It says that. There have been a few where I disagree with the zero viability part; but A and B are definitely better, even on those.

Yeah, "zero viability" might be a bit hyperbole, but meh.
