I think it will be either a single stage with a legacy move (like Lapras) or a legendary that we’ve seen in raid battles. Probably Lugia or Ho-Oh. Maybe Latios or Latias.

Ah yeah, the others didn’t have shiny variants released yet. I’m sure there will be a chance at shinies, normal research tasks aren’t locked from shiny encounters. I’d love a shiny ho-oh, I could only do a handful when it was around last

Lucia and ho Oh would make the most sense, close out gen 2. SC gengar would be a nice legacy move but not having him in October misses the mark thematically. Maybe smergle? Maybe unown?
