What do you think about Exeggutor defender?
Do you think it would deserve a spot in the defender tier list? It's not so bulky but does painful damage to anything, Tyranitar suffers of the spameable Seed Bomb, Char and Moltres receive little damage from SeB but a lot from C, still Eggy falls quickly against them, and Scizor is the one who counters it hardly (Still is fragile), however do you think is on par with for example, Ampharos?

Snorlax or Blissey might put off some lower level single players but the gyms I frequent it doesn't make a difference what I put in, it will still go down. I tried berry feeding for a while but in truth, it doesn't make an awful lot of difference to time spent on the gym. I wish it were different but that is the reality, for me at least.
I think Eggy is at least as good on D as a few of the lower tier ones on their list. Eggs were so common I've got a few 2600+ CP Eggy. I've fought against them, their psychic fast moves do a lot of damage and if you miss a dodge against solar beam it is lights out. psychic/grass move is a tough combo. Yes, the best counters really hurt him, Scizor and Houndoom are death, but he still does damage to them despite their resistances. At least forces a specific attacker just for him, that is the best you can hope for now, make the attacker have to swap. And i don't think there are that many people with high level Scizors and Houndooms. If a level 20 goes against a level 35 he's still going to have trouble despite the resistances
