Don't worry man! Once you hit level 30 you'll see 700+ Eevees out in the wild alot. I've encountered 3 700+ 90+Ivs Eevees this week. Turned into 2 Espeons and 1 Vape. Multiple 700s that were bad Ivs I either evolved for exp or sent to prof. That saves you alot of dust if you get a solid moveset. Feel free to evolve away but save 95% for Espeon. I wouldn't want to risk that one.

anything under 700 will probably get replaced. I keep everything with 80% IV or better. I evolve everything with 700 cp or better (no matter the IV).

However, lower level eeveelutions can be effective prestigers.

I catch and evolve 700ish eevees religiously. Having a 200 deep revolution army negates the need for any other attackers in honesty but it also is basically a health potion storage set, one that requires zero dust

If Eevees are very accessible in your city, don't bother keeping or evolving any that's below 82%IV except high CP ones where you can evolve, battle and transfer.

I personally don't keep any Eevees or eevolutions less than 91IV%.

If you're flush with Eevee candy, doesn't hurt to evolve some at random CP ranges, no matter the IVs, to try and get some prestigers.
