What to do with my Chancey candies?
I was lucky enough to hatch a 100IV Chancey during the Valentine's event, which I've since evolved/powered into the beast below. I'd been grinding out buddy candies intending to slowly keep powering it up until I maxed it out. But then, during the Fire & Ice event, I luckily hatched three Chanseys and suddenly find myself with 88 Chansey candies. I can't decide now if I should continue focusing on maxing out my Blissey, or if I should use the candies to evolve a second Blissey out of one of the level 20, 93IV Chanseys I've hatched. I was enamored with the idea of having a near-perfect defensive Pokemon, but now with the gym rework, that seems not as valuable as before. What would you all do?

As a defender, HB is not optimal because it is trivial to dodge. I love taking out any defender with HB. Either DG or Psychic are better on defense, at least in the old battle system. If that changes, all bets are off.
But HB is ideal for an attacking Blissey, highest DPS, which is CRITICAL when attacking with Blissey, since she's so weak on the attack. Of course, if defenders learn to dodge well (read, game lets them) then HB could become useless.
