What to do with Eevee?

I was one of the people who started hoarding high IV Eevees prior to Gen 2 releasing, with the intention of having a head start on getting high IV Umbreons and Espeons. Well, Gen 2 has been out for a while, I evolved two decent IV Eevees to fill my Gen 2 dex, and haven't evolved any more since then. I've also never used any of the naming tricks so far.

I've been considering name-evolving a high IV Espeon to have another generalist attacker or high-ish CP "for fun" defender, but with the gym revamp coming, I'm having some second thoughts.

Recalling the legacy moveset debacle of the Gen 2 release, and given the fact that every Eeveelution aside from Vaporeon so far has two fast move options, I'm wondering if maybe I should name-evolve my highest IV Vaporeon now before the gym revamp happens, just in case there's a move change that adds another fast move to Vaporeon's arsenal, especially because I don't actually have a high IV Vape yet.

On the one hand, if there is a move rebalancing that adds another water fast move for Vaporeon, I can't imagine it would be a faster move than Water Gun. As someone who likes to dodge every move, Water Gun would be a necessity for an attacking Vaporeon for me. On the other hand, I wouldn't bother maxing out a Vaporeon that I intended to use for attacking rather than defense, and any new fast moves would likely be better than Water Gun on defense, so maybe it would be better to wait and see.

So assume you're me, and you have these Eevee to work with (I have more, but these are my best)

1) 15a/14d/14s (96%)
2) 15a/12d/15s (93%)
3) 14a/14d/14s (93%)
4) 11a/15d/15s (91%)
(and 17 more at 84% to 89%)

Assuming you have a good collection of attacking Vaporeons at various CP up to about 2500, a good collection of attacking Jolts up to about 2200, and a good collection of attacking Flareons including a maxed out 98% IV, with one Umbreon and one Espeon at sub-optimal movesets, and assuming you have the naming trick available for every Eeveelution, do you evolve any of these now? Do you wait for the gym overhaul?

Ok you said that the possibly soon gym rework is worrying you... well Espeon is not a great defender because of its cp is a good defender because of its high attack stat and higher bulk than alakazam because if you think about it this way Espeon with C/PSB will preform similarly to a DT/OR dragonite is it is getting attacked by ice because that makes dragonite a very below average bulk pokemon when being attacked by ice and on top of that C/PsB will do overall more dps on defence anyways. And my finall point is that there are very few good dark/bug attackers because I know that alot of people still dont have a Sizcor or Heracross due to him being regional.

I'd say wait for the Gym overhaul for all but one: Espeon. If you walk 10k with the eevee as your buddy and then evolve it during daytime, it will be a guaranteed Espeon if you do choose to get a second one. (I tested it and it worked.) A good IV Espeon is a quite powerful attacker and just all-around useful.

Since you have some decent other Eeveelutions you should probably just wait for the other Eevees.
