What to do with this 100% Wigglytuff?

I started out with a 98% Pound/PlayRough that I've powered and use a lot. (15/15/14 lvl 27.5 with what looks like 2 powerups left for my current trainer lvl)

A few weeks ago I evolved this 100% Wiggly with Pound/DazzlingGleam.(lvl20)
Haven't powered it yet.
Ignoring my low dust, should I focus on the 98% Pound/Playrough and keep 100% Dazzling at its current CP until I figure out what to do with it?

I have read a lot that Pound/Play Rough Wiggly is all around better than Dazzling.

I'm thinking the 2% IV difference is negligible.

I think you answered your own question. A 2% imperfection in IV is negligible, especially when the imperfection is in the HP stat of a mon that already has unusually high HP like Wiggly. So move set rules! I've got a similar dazzling version and thought it might at least be decent for gym levelling, but is rather underwhelming. My 1600CP Wiggly with Pound/Play rough is rather good at leveling against high CP dragonite though.

Some people take joy in having 100% IV pokemons and training them up (e.g., Zubat). If this brings you joy, then by all means enjoy it.

But, practically, 2% doesn't make a difference, especially if the moveset isn't perfect.

Use the one with play rough but the 100% wiggly perhaps when trading is a thing you can get something good out of it
