What to deal with Blissey (L30) when dodging charge moves only?

Exeggutor with Solar Beam (OP counter);
Any Espeon (higher level than Blissey);
Flareon FS/OH (higher level than Blissey).

These are confirmed to work:

Tyranitar Bite/Stone Edge
Tyranitar Bite/Fire Blast (not as good as SE but this is still more than adequate to kill off a L30 Blissey)

Dragonite DB + DC/DP or HB, all are good
Dragonite DT + Outrage or Hurricane (haven't got a DT/HB to try)

For me, Tyranitar > Dragonite against Blissey.

My choise is Ex with solarbeam, tried today 2500 cp Ex vs 2800 blissey with gleam and it was no problem.

Machamp C/DP?

From easy available mons, same lvl Vape with HP is able, at the limit, cu kill a ZH/DG Blissey or a Hb one. If I miss a DG dodge might still work, if miss a HB you need a second mon to finish her.

On a couple of occasions I have sent in a "sacrifice dps'ers"...that is, I open up with an Alakazam, to just rip as much HP off as fast as I can...and then use something a little more conventional to clean up.

I did this to T7 gym with 2 Blisseys, and used 2 sacrifice Alakazam, and meant I could go top to bottom, because my other attackers did not take much damage, and could clear the rest of the gym.

I am yet to meet a Blissey that I can't get through doing it this way.

Not the most conventional way to do it...but it is effective.

If 1v1 against her, hydropump vapes are possible ( https://youtu.be/eJtyy0r-V0A , see the 2nd battle ), though it will be quite close to the timeout. Since b/hp gyarados has higher dps than vapes, so they should be possible too.

My Machamp has legacy moves, so I use Ursaring with Counter/Hyper Beam. Doesn't get the STAB on Counter like Machamp but being normal type it doesn't take extra damage from Zen Headbutt (not that Blissey killing you is a real issue, but it does usually allow Ursaring to kill Blissey + at least one other before fainting
