What Chansey to evolve?
Hi all,
I’m new back to pogo and wondering what Chansey to evolve.
Not sure if to go for higher HP or higher defence and reading sites and reddit seems it’s always different opinions.

Usually you try to prioritize the IV where your pokemon has the lowest value. Blissey has enormous HP so defense is very welcomed. But most of all i always try to prioritize attack IV since this game is so centered around damage specially for raids (not aplicable to Blissey, so in your case i would evolve the 84% one). With the upcoming buff to most of the pokemons Stamina/HP, finally defense may be a definitive second IV to prioritize
