The second one has more iv but the first one more wp

Hi! No doubts the second one is better to power up as it will have Final 3122 CP and 411 HP when maxed out to lvl 39. The first one will only get Final 3157 CP
and 408 HP. Numbers talk themselves.

The second one, HP and Def are Blissey's most important stats so it can let an attacker fail because timeout

The second one....it will have higher CP.
3 HP is not going to decide many fights...but higher CP will earn you more coins and dust.
35CP can make a big difference in gym placement (for now)

While I agree with you that CP is more important than HP, wouldn't the first one get higher CP?

the one with 15 at 15 def is Way superior.
Attack is the most important stat, then defence. Hp IV on Blissey is irrelevant!

AND the one with 10hp 15 at 15df will have +35CP
so it s even high on gym spots potentially

Check out the battle simulation results before you call me a troll, aight? This screen shot is with a Blissey with 15/13/14 of 3122. It says 78 sec of fight dealing 822 dmg VS a Tyranitar from my actual mons.

This one a simulation for the same Tyranitar but VS Blissey having 10/15/15 408HP. It says it took 77 seconds to kill it dealing 816 dmg. Which means that Blissey with 15/13/14 411HP will remain in a battle for longer. And time here is a critical factor. Wouldn't you agree with it?

The difference in battles is negligible, it is closer to half a second and will not be enough to cause a timeout.
The difference of 35 CP on the other hand can make the difference in gym placement.

Your argument is reasonable, I can't argue here. But let's say I came to the gym with all those 9 Blisseys with 100% IV each has crazy top 3173CP+ 411HP. I want to get my mon to the top under no circumstances. What do I do then? I'm putting my Gyarados or a Dragonite with higer CP in there with words:fcuk it all, I'm a Jedi master in here! And here I'm, not caring about CPs of my Blissey.There are many variables. So it depends on the situation anyway.
