What as been your best high level and/or low level IV finds?
I've had a lucky 2 weeks, I've found a
100% IV, level 28 magikarp
86% IV, level 30 charmander
89% IV, level 30 eevee
97.8 IV level 24 charmeleon
on the flip side of that
97.8 poliwag, level 1 (cp10)
97.8 magikarp, level 1 (cp10)

I caught a wild 100% IV, level 30 Horsea yesterday.Only my fourth perfect mon, and second wild one (I am level 34). The odds of a wild pokemon being level 30 with 100% IV's is about 1 in 123,000.
Oddly enough, my only other wild-caught perfect IV pokemon was also a Horsea, but I didn't realize it had 100% IV's until after I had evolved it to Seadra.
My favorite is my 100% perfect Bulbasaur which is now a Venusaur sitting at 32.5 with the best defensive moveset. What a beast!
My second favorite is my 96% grimer I hatched which is now a level 22.5 Muk with the best defensive moveset. I just need more candies! Wish I could hatch another grimer!
I've had 2 perfect Eevees and both went to Jolteons with discharge :( Why not a Vaporeon!!!
