How do you get XP in the new gym system?

Is it still 100XP per mon defeated plus a 50 bonus if you clear them all?

Is there any XP for feeding berries, adding a defender, or holding the gym?

Is there any way to get XP from a friendly gym?

You get 20 stardust and 20 XP every time you feed a berry.
