What are the ideal 2 charge moves for Roserade?

With Roserade now being able to have Grass Knot, what are its two ideal 2 charges for raid battles?

I have a perfect IV Roserade level 33 currently with the moves Razor Leaf, Sludge Bomb and Solar Beam. I could either swap Sludge Bomb for Grass Knot, using Solar Beam if I can save enough energy for it and Grass Knot if I can't, or swap out Solar Beam since Grass Knot is generally more useful?

Sludge Bomb is definitely preferred against other players, but I care more for raids.

Grass Knot and Sludge Bomb. Grass Knot has better DPS than Solar Beam and Sludge Bomb gives it coverage for grass and fairy types. This also allows you to swap out Razor Leaf for Poison Jab whenever you need it for poison DPS.

Grass Knot is more or less Solar Beam split into two halves. There's slight timing differences but essentially you're looking at a 90 damage 2-bar version of a 180 damage single bar attack. I have a 96% Roserade I immediately TM'ed Solar Beam off of in favor of Grass Knot. Roserade's frailty means 2-bar moves pair better with it since you're less likely to faint with wasted energy.

Could Grass Knot and Solar Beam still be useful together given that Solar Beam has 66.11 DPS * DPE compared to 62.32 for Grass Knot - whilst Grass Knot has half the power and energy cost of Solarbeam, using two Grass Knots takes up slightly more time than using one Solar Beam.

I do agree that generally Grass Knot is better since it's less likely to waste energy.

Without running simulations or trying it out, I don't think the timing differences are large enough to make a difference. The gain from using one Solar Beam over two Grass Knots will likely vary from one specific battle to the next. I'd be more open to it if Roserade wasn't so frail - it's lack of bulk means you're probably better off sticking with Grass Knot exclusively for grass offense.
