What about the other gen3 mons?

Until now, i think that mons like Nincada (+ evos), Clamperl (+evos), Spinda and Kecleon were not released yet. So i think its because they have certain mechanics like the 1 hp shedinja(that can't use Wonder Guard for obvious reasons), the DeepSeaScale/Tooth, the random "spins" on spinda's face and about the ability Color Change.
So i think they will be release later or they simply dont know how to do (as well as Smeargle).
