WF/T Kyogre

I have a 80IV 11ATK WF/T Kyogre. I probably will not be able to get another one (i live in a very rural area) and i have no CTM. Would WF/T be good against Water/Flying type legionaries such as Moltres and Ho-Oh. Would you power this Kyogre up or CTM it or should I wait for a better one?

If you add the base stats on a 10/10/10 kyogre to its IV and do the same for a perfect kyogre, the difference is 2%. So, if this one is truely the only one you will get, power it up and enjoy it. I've been using WF/T kyogre against kyogre, but in most cases, it would be better, if you could eventually CTM to hydropump.

Do you have other Pokemon that could use a Charge TM? Otherwise you could power it up und use the next CTM you encounter on your Kyogre

...but, wait until Kyogre is gone, before you do anything, no matter if you think you can get another or not

It's definitely worth the first Charged TM you come across, but there's no rush for a double-water Kyogre right now. Thunder will help you in some scenarios for now anyways.

Like anchoring against Blizzard Kyogre, if you have any trouble with loading times or crashes when the game is dropping back to the lobby or rejoining the raid.
