Is weather down everywhere?

Weather system is down here in Bangkok, ie no weather boost. Is this problem occurring in most locations?

Accuweather (the weather provider for Niantic) is down.

I have windy weather at 10pm US Central right now...did two Groudon 5 hrs ago, should have been sunny except weather was down (didn’t care about that at this point, just shiny hunting/failing)

This morning on my very last opportunity I got a shiny Groudon (main account, too). Came with the boost...best 10a/15d/10s I ever caught, 2855

Definitely down yesterday afternoon in NYC
