Weather boost?

What happened to weather boost? I usually go out and grind for stardust but today I noticed the weather portion of the app was absent and no pokemon I caught gave 125% stardust. Anyone have any info on this?

The icon moved to the top right of the screen, and weather boost still works.

In the new update, the weather indicator has been moved to the top-right corner and no longer has the circle around it, so it can be hard to see... if that is the problem.

Edit: I understand the icon was moved to the top right corner recently. However, as of approximately 4 PM EDT it has been absent altogether and no weather boost is present for pokemon caught. Any information on this?
