Weakness/Resistance

Hi, am quite confused and not too sure how to read the above.
E.g. Grass (like Tangela) vs Ice (like Lapras)
On Lapras weakness chart, it says it has 1.25 in additional damage taken in green. In the ice moves, it says 1.25x damage against grass. Does it mean that ice will inflict 1.25x damage and also suffers 1.25 damage against grass?
On Tangela page, it shows a corresponding 1.25 in additional damage taken in green colour against Ice. However, why is there no similar 1.25x damage against ice under its grass moves?

Tangela (grass) is vulnerable (x1.25) against ice moves.
Lapras (water/ice) is vulnerable (x1.25) against grass moves. But lapras vulnerability to grass is due to water. Pure ice pokemon (which don't exist yet) would take no additional damage from grass moves.
