I want to give you an update about Wigglytuff:
For now, our Metagame team has adjusted the Wigglytuff moveset rankings slightly, based on new simulation results and inputs from readers like you. I expect that to change further as we get more results generated and tested.
Pound used to do better than Feint Attack in our old model, because the simulator assumes that Pokemon will use its charge move after it generates enough energy. This means a pound-Wigglytuff can use its charge move earlier than Feint Attack-Wigglytuff can, simply due to Pound being a faster quick move.
However, as you're no doubt aware, that is an incorrect assumption. Defending Pokemon don't always use its charge move on the first opportunity, there's some amount of variance to when it would launch its charge attack. Once we implemented that RNG into the simulator, the Wigglytuff with Feint Attack achieved at least parity against Wigglytuff with Pound.
For now, we rank them as equally good on defense. But I suspect that'll change in the near future as we have more data to work with.
The next big project for our meta research team is a written rating explanation for each Pokemon, like we already have for Dragonite:

And I expect we'll have these conclusions incorporated into the rating explanation writeup for Wigglytuff. This is a long term project though, but it'll come eventually.
