Water spawners.

Anyone have experience of water spawners?
Can they spawn dragonite or lapras more often than these pidgey and weedle spawners?

I have location here, 5 mins away from my house that spawns water types regularly, total 2 every hour.
Other pokemon spawns excatly when im done my regular run around the house.

Would it be worth to take look of this one water type even if it douples my time spent outside?

Any opinions?
Until then i have mostly ignored these water spawns, cus i been thinking chance for good pokemons is so low. (like dratini, lapras, dragonite)

I never use 3th party sites, it makes game too easy for me.
Living next to water spawners and checking out whenever something good pop out? yeah, no ty.

What water pokemon are you seeing?

I find Dratini along rivers/lakes where there are tons of Magikarp, Psyduck and Slowpokes (with occasional other water pokemon) but that doesn't mean it's exactly the same in your town.

I don't ever camp the water spawns, rather I have a morning run along the river so I can cover a good distance (5K) and I find about an average of 2 dratini a day doing this.

Lapras don't spawn in Austin, TX at all .. so can't help you find those.

Dragonites I have only heard about spawning in other areas .. mostly not next to water.

Yeah, those same pokemons spawn here too.

I guess i just check this water pokemon then, for now.
At least its exciting to walk closer and closer to water spawner and hope for dratini.

I can see all these pidgeys and weedles in tracker before i go outside, so its kind of boring.

The only dratinis I have seen have been near water. Staryu, horseas, slowpoke, psyduck, magikarp, omanyte, shellder, paras. No dragonite or lapras near water that I've seen.

Note: I've spent way more time at water spawn than anywhere else.

Excatly same pokemons spawn here too, in these water spawners.

But never seen omanyte in spawner!!!!
So all these water spawners can spawn omanytes!?
What about kabutos???

These are excatly pokemons that im missing from my pokedex, and im only missing 11 pokemons anymore.

Cool to know!
Definatly would make things more interesting to check this water spawner regularly.

Just need to optimaze my hourly run differently now.

Yep omanytes definitely. Spent many hours at lake with this game. Actually just got back. No kabutos, seels, Lapras ever. lapras and seel are probably beach.

Where I leave there are Dragonites time to time and they dont spawn next to water but on a hill.
Dratini and Dragonair almost only in water areas. Everywhere you find a magicarp, you can get a dratini time to time.
Never seen a wild Lapras lvl32.

I'm level 30, seen 3 wild lapras all at the ocean where I find a ton of psyduck, tentacool, and magikarp. I average about 2-3 dratini on my runs in that location. Typically, if a bunch of magikarp start spawning, a rare water spawn soon follows. That's been my experience anyway, whether there's a correlation or not.

I'm in the UK so spawning sites might differ elsewhere, but my local creek regularly spawns Goldean, Horsea, Staryu and Magicarp. Less frequent spawnings are Psyducks, Tentacool, Slowpokes and Poliwags. Dratini are very rare spawnings but you get the odd one. I've never seen Lapras or Dragonite in the wild.
