Water Hidden Power Suicune. Useful??

I was lucky and caught a perfect suicune with water hidden power.
Should i power her up just for the rarity of it? or is it not worth the dust? Thanks

Not worth any of the resources, you should still totally do it

With the weather effects coming for Pokemon Go I think it would be formidable tank as water type during rainy days. Still I think Suicune needs some buff overall to make him feel like a legendary.

I have 100% Suicune too, ufortunately with HP poison and I hope it will get some water type quick move.
