Water Gun / Flash Cannon Blastoise

Supposedly the best defensive moveset - not bad, but low max cp means he sits a little low in a gym. I powered mine up to 2050 and he does okay despite the lack of STAB on the charge move. Looks cool in a gym anyway :-)

On attack he's okay, but you might as well use a Vaperon unless you're attacking Clefable or other fairy.

Ice beam gives blastoise better coverage.
If someone is going to attack it ,it's either a Electric or a grass type. With ice beam you can atleast counter one type.

I have evolved 5 Blastoise and 4 have Flash Cannon :( Makes me so sad. One came with Bite and Hydro Pump.

I was hoping one would have Ice Beam that I could at least use on defense as a bit of a trophy who causes a bit of problems. I know he won't be top tier but they look so good. No idea why they figured they needed to nerf guys like Blastoise and Golduck and buff Vaporeon. Like what?!?!?
