waiting for cd move
i recently hatched a 100% trecko and i am wondering if i should wait to evolve it for its eventually cd move :}

Rhydon raids are certainly in the meta with Rhyperior coming with Gen4. Even if they give it crappy moves, it still has legendary level stats, and will be a non-legendary that is as least as good as Ho-Oh or Lugia. And if they give it good moves, it could outpace both Groudon and Smack Down Tyranitar (doubt the latter will happen, but it's possible by the numbers).
So get those Rhydons lined up, and stock up on Rhyhorn candy.
Rhyhorns are all over the place atm due to the kanto event. I would not waste a raid pass on Rhydon. Just trade a couple of high CPs and try getting a +82%.
Also, many people probably already got a couple of rhydons lined up already from the previous meta.
Can't really call grass relevant when
A) only viable in 1/7 weather situations.
B) almost everybody has serveral strong variants of Rhydon from the gen 1 meta.
C) almost everybody has around 1000 ryhorn candies.
D) Ryhorns are abundant
E) Getting a high lvl with good IVs is more easy via traiding.
If you only do raids and don't want to catch pokemons the conventional way, is in highly need a extra DPS but only when its sunny, never powered up and caught any ryhorns/rhyhorns the last years and you do not trade pokemons for some reason, sure its relevant.
