The reason to power something up is because you need to to use it for something. What will you use this for? Despite the IVs, it seems fairly useless. So don't power up.

It's old enough that it has a good chance of going lucky if you trade it, but that still means there's a 63/64 chance its IVs will drop.

IMO it's just a trophy.

Useful to trade to someone who is looking for legacy moves.

But as its 100%, I'd keep it as a "trophy", I don't think I'd power it up though. I used to power hundos up, whatever they were, but now pvp takea my resources and I've not heard Dodrio is any use there.

Don't trade this thing away. You are SO lucky that you have it.

Also, it is dumb to power up something that will never be useful to you.
