Using TMs to get DB/OR Dragonite

I've been trying to get a DB/OR Dragonite. First TM gave me Hurricane (replaced Hyperbeam so a step in the right direction). Would you use another charge TM on the DB/Hurricane Dragon (option A), or would you keep that and use a charge TM on the DB/DP Dragon (option b) below:

Option A) Dragonite, level 26, CP 2624, Dragon Breath / Hurricane, IVs:(60) 9/9/9
Option B) Dragonite, level 25, CP 2539, Dragon Breath / Dragon Pulse, IVs: (58) 15/2/9

Use your TM elsewhere.

Right now you have 2 dragonites with STAB moves. If you reroll them you could end up with HB and then what?

I'm sure you have a EQ Snorlax, or a MH Rydon, or a SE Machamp, or a NS Siczor, or a DP Lapris, or a WC Arcanine, or a FB Tyranitar that is pleading for you to use that TM on them. Help them out

I'm holding off on using TMs on defenders at the moment. Right now they are pretty useless so TMs on attackers for raid bosses and taking down gyms. I'm OK risking a TM to get hyperbeam back, I'll keep using them until I eventually hit on DB/OR. I love dragon breath as a fast move. just curious which one I should try to get Outrage on.

My DP Lapras and FB Tyanitar will get their chance eventually. This is a higher priority for me right now because I already have Lapras and Tyranitar with the moves I want.

I now DP is probably the second worst Dragonite charge moveset at this point but it is a legacy one, so you won't never be able to get it again even with TM's.

I have saved my DB/DP Dragonite just in case in the future it may become relevant once again and used my charged tm on other Dragonite that had HB in order to get OR.

Hurricane is pretty good itself so you should probably wait and change other mon that has a worse attack first.

I should note I already have a DB/DP Dragon 73 IVs that I'm not touching. So these two are extra.

In terms of DPS in both attacking and defending, DT is strictly better than DB. However, DB's low CD gives you more flexibility to dodge, especially when you are not familiar with your opponent's CD

As a defender Dragonite, I personally think DT/DC(dragon claw) Dragonite is the best. OR has a relatively late dodge window which gives plenty of time for attacker's to prepare the dodge, while DC is much harder to dodge, and 3 bar move is even harder to predict than 2 bar move.

yeah i was thinking about that, only problem my only steel wing / dragon claw dragon as 27IV 6/6/0 that and dragonite is probably one of the worst things to drop in a gym right now

I'd keep Hurricane.
