Using incences during event
Guys, I have decided to use my lures during the event and I'm wondering should I use my incences too? Im living on a pokestop and I dont have chance to walk bc of my exams until the event ends. I am keeping those insences for a long time and do you think if they are worth using even I dont walk? What are your experiences with insences during the event?

I use incence all the time. The effects are not that great, but it got me 3 squirtles, 4 charmanders and 3 bulbasaurs in 4 hours of incence. But that was in walking mode. Sitting still negatively affects the incence in my opinion. So I would not use it in your situation. I hope my opinion helped you out.
What about the lures do they attract more starters?
I have been using a lot of incense since the event started. I got lots of starters and even a venusaur.
It seemed like most incenses spawned at least one or 2 starters. Some had none and some had 3. This was sitting still mostly.
It was super snowy and cold out, so I don't regret not walking around for those incenses.
