Uses for poliwrath.

I have a 98% IV poliwrath with The legacy mud shot and hydro pump that I loved attacking with back in the day. He's one of my favorite Pokemon and was also fun to use.

But in this Meta that moveset isn't all that desireable.
In your opinion should I:
1. keep the legacy move and use him as a fun attacker
2. TM him to get bubble and use as a water attacker
3. Double TM him to get fighting moves and use in ttar raids

By the way he's level 30 and TM's are not a problem which is why I present the options. He's ready to go and i can get any moveset I need.

Any input is helpful.

I like lanturn and Use her for fun+put in gym. /one of Those players that puts in lanturn in gym beacuse I just like lanturn.

I have a double fighting one I powered up a few months ago. Overall, Machamp (who is common now with raids) is better, but Poli is great against T-Rex due to its quad damage and resistances to all of T-Rex's attacks.

You could always just charge TM & use a MS/DP Poli as MS will be s/e off rock typing.

Bubble has more DPS even without considering STAB, also it has the same EPS as Mud Shot.

Well yeah.. But MS is legacy. I was saying you could charge TM it to DP & it'd still be a good T-Tar killer while keeping legacy fast move. ?

I doubt I would TM anything that has a legacy move set. It is a memory of the good old days :D

I was in a similar situation and I decided to use TMs for double fight moves. I was lucky to get DP on my first try. I made the decision to do it because:
1. I powered it up as a potential defender in the old gym days, using precious resources and now he was sitting on the shelf. This brought him back into relevance.
2. I powered up three Machamps and didn't want to use any more stardust on them.
3. I'm starting to stockpile TMs and I don't really have a use for them.
