Ursaring in Palkia raid ?

It's good agaisnt palkia if palkia has draco meteor, as that kills dragons.

It wont be good against dialga, its part steel so its not weak to fairy, Machamp and haryama are much better suited for battling dialga.

Palkia: if you have none of the other counters (dragons and fairies) it's not that bad. You could do much worse.

Dialga: not good. Dialga is neutral to fairy (part steel). You will want to use fighting and ground Pokemon.

Palkia yes, Dialga no. Ursaring's base 236 attack makes it a nice budget option when it can attack for super effective damage.

It's... not bad? Against Palkia, anyway. It probably can't soak a single Draco Meteor, but if you're in Cloudy Weather, and can dodge a DM, you should be able to get 2 Play Rough's off before being knocked out. Counter does Neutral damage, so it's only really being used to charge up Play Rough.

Against Diagla, no. Counter does SE damage, but Play Rough is just neutral, so it's not worth it. If you want to use Ursaring against Diagla, you'll need Counter/Close Combat... but really, you should be using a Machamp, Hariyama or even Breloom/Toxicroak instead of Ursaring due to Dynamic Punch being much better than Close Combat.
