Yes I would in a heart beat Ursaring has the steongest hyperbeam in the game so it preforms just as well as C/CC vs blissey and another thing that is cool is that ursaring is a better blissey counter than machamp because machamp is weak to 3/5 of blisseys moves so the only time machamp is better for blissey is a P/HB blissey and most people dont put that one in gyms so yes power it up all the way he is so good for killing blissey and snorlax but because of HB he is not so good vs tyranitar but power this one up than hope for another with C/CC in the future.

He is fine as a 1 v 1 attacker, but I wouldnt use one in my team of 6.

I regularly use my C/PR Ursa against Blissey. He does pretty well 1 on 1; but can't continue after that. He does fairly well against Snorlax; but there are better choices if the lax has ZH.
