"Upgrade" found - evolve Porygon2?
At the moment, all i get evolving Porigon is a pokedex-entry and another useless Pokemon. My thought was, to wait and hope for a fighting-system upgrade, maybe Porigon 2 will be usefull some time.
My question is, what did "Hidden Power" in the original game? What was special about Porygon 2 in the original game?

As some state, porygon 2 is not completely useless now. Is there any niche application, where porygon 2 fits in better than any other pokemon?
As attacker - I do not see a niche, where it is better than either dragonite or snorlax.
As defender - I do not see a niche, where it is better than snorlax.
As prestiger - I do not see a niche, where it is better than a little snorlax or wigglytuff of hypno.
There is no place for a second best pokemon at the moment. Maybe, this will change some time, when only one pokemon per type in a gym or attacking team is allowed, but this is not now.
