Update new move sets rank pls

With the TMs came out, there are some new move sets coming out. For example, dragon breath + outrage etc. I thought this is the best move set of d9 for now. However, I am still waiting test and data.

Pokémon Go Hub has movesets ranked including the combination of legacy moves long before the addition of TMs.

They have DT/Hurricane as the highest STAB DPS. not sure if it is accurate?

DPS Order & Dodge Order is just reversed.
1) DT/Outrage
2) DB/Outrage
3) DT/DC
4) DB/DC

If you are religious dodge all person, there are some match ups where the cooldown of the defender is long enough that you can fit an extra DB and then DB/Outrage would be the most DPS.

1 DT > 2 DBs in both damage and energy
but 3 DBs > 1 DT

Its possible to dodge everything with DB/DC & DT/DC.

But with a almost 4 second cool down its impossible to dodge everything with outrage making it more risky to use.

I had dragon breath/ dragon pulse and used my charge tm and got Outrage. Pretty happy since it would have been hyperbeam. Would have been ok with Hurricane, but wanted outrage.
