No there is no chance. Why would they give you an extra pass? To the extent that they messed up it would be that they already gave you a pass that you wouldn't normally have gotten. The error wasn't sending you a pass to the wrong gym. It was sending invites to people from that gym that didn't meet the criteria such as recent activity. If anything they (and you) should consider this pass a lucky bonus for you.

Update on Ex Raid Battle Invitations
Now, Niantic admitted there is bug in the selection process which sent me to a gym that I only visited once some months ago. This gym is quite far away and I am not sure there will be enough people showing up. Any chance Niantic will send people like me another pass to make up for the mistake they made?

Also, chances are not bad for the raid. Many casual* players will be in the same situation as I am now: We never bothered to specifically raid EX-eligible gyms, and thus never received an invitation. Thanks to this glitch we now have gotten our first invite. So we WILL be there.
*casual = anyone not level 40 by now
