Unable to Power-up

Anyone else have this issue? I have a few pokemon, namely my lv 38 Tyranitar that I want to level up, and despite tapping on the "Power up" button it doesn't do anything. I did unlock the second move for Tyranitar.

This bug extends to other pokemon, but not all. Some I'm able to, others I'm not : /

Wow for a self proclaimed expert at all things Pokémon Go past , present and future, I would think you would know about the current bug that doesn’t let you level Pokémon up that are in a pre existing party

YOOOOO same happened to my 3601 cp mewtwo. I solved the problem by logging into that account in another phone. I actually sent feedback to Niantic before I figured it out lol

Hi zap. I had the same problem. Can't power up many mons. Finally, after clearing pogo app cache and data, i can power them up again.
