Hi, I just evolved a perfect IV 783 eevee.
Got an umbreon but it's really lame.

Good defenses, bad attack stat, so mediocre CP. Predicted long ago on the predicted CP list...

Oh i didn't know. Would it still be worth something as a defender?

It's hard to tell right now. With Fighting type getting a buff this Gen through moves and the introduction of Heracross, it's possible it won't. Plus it doesn't have any resistances to the common gym attackers. Gotta wait til the Meta adapts though to get a more accurate idea

Maybe they can improve CP as they did for Jolteon

yea same she's really weak but im not too familiar with Gen 2 pokemon so cant really say if it'll do good in gyms or not.

Espion is much stronger

Got 3000 max cp, vs umbreons 2000

Honestly dont know how they decide which ones gonna be straight up stronger...and why,

Thats a difference of 1000cp between them

especially for something like eevee and it's various evolutions...you would think theyd all be equal in terms of power/potential/max cp as they are all variations of the same base pokemon

I am so regretting this, you can't imagine.

IIRC, its stats are similar to Wigglytuff. Really high tanky defense and HP, lowish attack. Really good in main series, but doesn't translate well to PokemonGo's CP measurement.
