So I had my shiny Charizard at 2460 CP tonight, and I wanted to just power it up once so it would stay under 2500 to use it in the upcoming Ultra League. However, due to data latency or some lag server-side or something, when I pressed the "power up" button it ended up powering him up twice, so he ended up at an even 2500. Will I still be able to use him in the Ultra League? I'm unclear on whether it's a 2500 CP limit or a requirement that it has to be UNDER 2500 CP. If it's limited to 2500 CP, that means 2500 CP exactly should still be usable, right?

The way it's worded, max CP per Pokemon 2500 means that 2500 is allowed. At least that's what it should mean

That how I would see it. Max CP of 2500 would mean that is the highest value that is still valid. 2501 would be right out.
