Tyrogue with balanced IV

I hatched my first Tyrogue today with great IV: 14/14/14.
However, I wonder what he will evolve into, since its evolution is determined by the highest IV. Any experience on this?

He'll evolve randomly into one of the three Hitmons.

i remember an article on pokemongohub saying that any tie will result in a random choice between that stats
