Is Tyranitar usable at level 25?
So I was lucky to find a Tyranitar raid at the right place at the right time. I now have a new level 25 (was partly cloudy) Tyranitar with IT/Crunch. The problem? It is not a wonder, so I cannot justify spending 66 Larvitar candy (I have only 88) and 75k dust on it (a FTM is fine as I have 15 and nothing to spend them on).
I suppose a level 25 Tyranitar has no place on a Gengar, Jynx or Granbull solo team (with the other five members at level 30)? Would it do enough damage (before fainting) to relevant legendaries (in this case, the Lati twins)?

The powerup cost to 30 is 38 candy and 44k dust since it's already level 25.
Gengar: It's fine. 162,2s TTW if FTM'd to Bite
Jynx: It's barely fine as a last spot filler. 188,6s TTW if FTM'd
Granbull: It's not fine, 230s TTW. 180,9s if CTM'd to IT/SE makes it again a fine filler. EDIT: Really you can do Granbull with pretty much any common poison-type trash and Aggron and Flareon in particular are viable counters at 30, as well as any good legendary that deals neutral damage to it. No need for TTar.
Latis: It's pretty bad. There's a breakpoint for Bite at L26-28 for Latias and L28-30 for Latios which gives a huge performance boost. There's also a breakpoint for Mewtwo around that level.
My only Dark-type attackers are a level 30 Tyranitar with Bite/Crunch (13/15/13) and a level 30 Houndoom with Snarl/FP (15/13/11). With them (and others), I can already solo Gengar, but my Jynx and Granbull teams remain incomplete (also no Metagross). I have hatched three wonder Larvitars; the best is 12/15/15. Praying for more luck with Tyranitar raids! In my area, most raiders go for the silver eggs.
