Does anyone know if Tyranitar raids are over? Have they been replaced by ledgendary?

I'm pretty sure I saw a Tyranitar while the legendaries were spawning yesterday.

I think tyranitar is better against articuno. But golem has very favorable matchups with zapdos and moltres. Against lugia I would say tyranitar for sure.
