Tyranitar question

Which to power up?

I have two powered up Tyranitar from the old days both having 89% at lvl 35,5 just under 3400 CP. I did a lot of Tyranitar raids in hope to get a 96% plus one to max out to be able to surpass the elusive mark of 3600 CP one day unfortunately the best ones I got are: A/D/S

Tyranitar: 91% 2075 CP 14/13/14
Tyranitar: 89% 2073 CP 15/10/15

I'm thinking about powering up one of those to lvl 31,5. I have about 500 candy and apart from Raikou which gets released tomorrow here and a Mewto if I somehow get an invite one day there isn't a mon I'm missing in my lineup. I won't power up a Raikou until the end of November obviously. I do about 90k of dust a week, standing at 125k atm. Thanks

Do both. 4 Ttars are great in soloing Gengar and Alakazam and they’re both worth powering up.

Movesets? If you already have both B/St and B/Cr with the two you already have powered up, then just wait until you get an invitation for Mewtwo and you actually need more tyranitars.
