If you are duoing Tyranitar, please use 6 Machamps. 2 people is the BARE minimum and they must have the perfect balance between power and durability because when you finish the battle you should only have like 5 seconds left. Hariyama is lacking in power, and especially since most of your stuff have close combat, it's going to have a hard time.

Pokebattler says even the last 2 Machamps (L20.5 and L20) can clear Ttar in 340s against the Bite movesets. With the stronger Machamps carrying them, they should be fine.

Close Combat is way too slow to be featured on more than 1 counter when trying to duo Ttar even when it's cloudy (unless they are much higher levels). All your counters are definitely high enough level and IV right now if they had C/DP, but right now they don't have fast enough moves.
Additionally, I'd make sure you have a second team lined up to go because you are going to want to avoid dodging if you can and just plow through it. C/FB Blaziken above Lv thirty (preferrably closer to 35) is a better option than C/CC champ/hari. Don't bother with Breloom, it is waaaaay to glassy for this even with C/DP.
