Tyranitar dilemma
So I’ve got a pack of so-so t-tars, and only 103 candies. Don’t wanna use rares on them, but gotta power up someone. Cuz it’s getting really frustrating, I don’t have enough good dark counters. So which ones should I upgrade, and how far should I go, given my limited resources? I’m thinking about powering up 2 of them to around 3000 cp. what do you guys think?

The 2075 with 14/14/13 looks pretty solid. Is it, or can you get it to, B/C. (On that note, don't undersell B/SE - it does more general damage than B/C, since Crunch is so slow.)
Additionally, I'd recommend doing more Ttar raids if you can, especially when it's partly cloudy or foggy. PC is the best weather - only 1/3 of raid Ttars have SE, so 2/3 of the time you get +5 levels with no extra battle difficulty.
You could power up another, but the chances of getting a better one on a single raid are very good. Only the 14/14/13 stands out as above average.
