you should have no problem with those mon. Bullet punch is still super effective against tyranitar bc of steel vs rock matchup; so use the bp/dp machamp. Poliwrath with fight moves will destroy tyranitar as well. and if you want another goody, donphan with counter, play rough is also super effective against tyranitar.

Since Tyranitar become more and more common, I decide to create a Tyranitar killer. The optimal solution should be Machamp and I start to catch machop. After some time I evolve 4 Machamp. Their movesets are C/HS, BP/HS, BP/DP and BP/CC. I have insane bad luck! Should I keep evlove machamp or use one of the above? In addition, I have a Poliwarth with RS/DP, should I use him instead?

Nope. But he does resist IT which is what I've come across the most often on defense. He also resists Fire which only matters if some poor soul actually puts a fire blast one in. But with water moves hitting for 1.25 a high level Vape still just destroys him. The fighting options are great if you have them but if you don't then Vape still will just ruin him too.
People constantly overestimate Rock Smash Poli.
Rocksmash is 99% irrelevant in any Poli match up vs Blissey/Snorlax/Tyrantir.
At a glance the extra supereffectiveness over bubble (*2 vs *1 on Tyrantir or *1 vs *0 on Blissey/Snorlax) seems awesome.
But bubble is way way way more energy generated.
What ends up happening if you go over to pokebattler is that fights end up being the same.
