Tyranitar B/C

Today I evolved my first only hatch 2 caught about 8 with pinap berries and walked rest he's level 27 with 87% iv. Obviously I wanted B/SE but I am pretty stoked with this moveset.

I got that move set and it's working great. Gives me a much needed Blissey killer. I was surprised he doesn't have more bulk than he does but I think that will improve when I get the candies to power him up more. Enjoy!

In my opinion, if the mechanics of PvP hold similar to the current gym system (in terms of how the attacker functions) then I believe B/C >> B/SE.

I believe this because bite generates energy slowly compared to many other charge moves. IF switching on the fly is allowed (as I would imagine, i.e. Switching Pokémon out whenever), I would argue that tyranitar would want to get a charge move in and switch out, incase the opponent is running machamp/heracross/or another fighting type pkmn. Yes, stone edge requires less time to execute (2.3s vs 3.Xs), but I argue that for the amount of time it would take to get stone edge charged up and then fired off, it would require similar, if not a lesser amount of time to charge and execute a crunch, thereby making him less exposed to a Pokémon that could take advantage of his double weakness. Again, this is under the ASSUMPTION that my initial assumptions hold true.

The downside for crunch over stone edge in my assumed scenario is that although they both get stab, fairy types would resist both crunch and bite, instead of taking neutral damage to stone edge. One could further argue that fighting and dark also resist crunch, but I don't believe a player would put in a dark type against tyranitar (not very effective damage towards tyranitar), and fighting resists both types either way.

As well, there are psychic legendaries in every generation so far, and I'd rather have crunch instead of stone edge against them!

So In summary, although this post isn't a question and I was initially going to respond "great question" or some similar reply, I would still highly value a B/C tyranitar. I myself have a B/SE but for the aforementioned reasons, I believe Crunch has the potential to be the superior moveset in some scenarios.
