Tyr vs Mew2

Hello guys, i was talking with my friend about a battle between Tyr maxed out (15/15/15) with B/C and Mew2 maxed out (15/15/15) with PC/P. He is very lucky and he thinks that Mew2 will win 1 vs 1 with Tyranitar. What do you think? I'm saying that he is crazy but if he will read you answer ... i think that he will change his mind. Good evening

He think that i'm jealous of his Mew2( yes i am) and he don't accept that Tyr will kill his Mew2.
I said " Wait, i will write and make a question on GamePress."

A Shiny 15/15/15 Lugia with DT/Hydropump will beat them both! Maybe. Look for the “super effective” move texts.

I don't want to be too big of a dick in case both of you are brand new to Pokemon but both of you do know what type matchups are, right? Right?

In that case, tyranitar will definitely win. However, if the mewtwo had focus blast, it would be close.

If Mewtwo had PC/FB, I'd bet on the Mewtwo, just because it hits a double weakness, and Shadow Ball is a much better move than Crunch.

But Psychic against Ttar is not a winning strategy, given that Ttar is a top Psychic counter. Not that we can test any of this for real now, just in simulation.

Its not even clost tbh. I just ran it through pokebattler, using your paramiters with no weather or friends boost and Tyranitar wins with >80% of its health remaining

Even against Focus Blast and in cloudy weather (mewtwos best chane at winning) Tyranitar still wins with >57% health.

Thats battling against Mewtwo as a gym defender which gets doubled HP, without that it would be even more carnage though Mewtwo may do a little more damage in PvP
