Assuming 15 attack IVs, then Bite at level 27.5 (7 damage) and Crunch all the way to level 39.5 (80 damage).

If you want to stay at level 27.5, then Crunch deals 71 damage.

How do you get anything to level 39.5

You power up the same mon at the same time with 2 different devices

What is it on 12 attack? I have a S13-A12-D15 that's my best that I haven't powered up already. (I have two 15 attacks with B/C, one 33.5 and the other 30.5).
