Two more observations with CP changes. Please confirm

1) The CP change did not effect gyms. I can see one of my vaporeon in a gym from my house that I placed less than an hour before the CP rebalance. That vaporeon is still 1712 CP in the gym but is 1923 CP on my game roster.

2) I had 6-8 dead monsters that I hadn't thought worthy enough to waste precious revives on that all got resurrected to max HP. It was like getting free revives.

Correct & correct! I can confirm. The pokemon at the gym near my house are still the same CP as before. And I had some low cp pokemon which I used for fighting and needed to be revived (but I never revived them), now I don't have to revive any of them.

Not only were they revived, they were "max revived" to full HP.

I can also confirm. Which brings up a new question: If one of my pokemon is kicked out of a gym, do I still have to revive it like before? Or do we have another major change here?

That is correct. My Machamp is now about 200 higher in my Pokemon storage than in the gym.

Pokemon remain at their "old" CP until kicked out.

Field tested.

New Pokemon added have their "new" CP.
