I'm also getting this, it's affecting 10-20% of players in my experience. It seems to be a server side issue so updating won't do anything.

Had it for a day, then it went away. Everything is giving at least three now (except vanilla gyms, of course).

I had that problem during a day or two, but today I seem to be getting three items or more again. Though I did not get a bonus for 10 spins in a row, but that was perhaps just an error.

Been happening to me for the past 3 days. Tried all the troubleshooting tips on Niantic's website but no change, still just 2 items per pokestop.

Was happening to a friend of mine last Friday. Android v.0.75.1. He was using a Lucky Egg at the time. After it expired, he started getting 3+ items/spin.

Still getting it today. Only thing keeping my inventory up are all the gyms I have Gold Badges for along my morning route.
