What Pokemon will be used the most do you think? The Poison/Dark mons will be very good, such as A-Muk and Skuntank. Only weak to ground, they are only countered by maybe Toxicroak and Bone Cube A-Marowak? The latter is weak tho their attacks tho.

I think the meta will revolve around the dark/poison types and toxicroak

Probably ghost/dark types like spiritomb and Sabley, fairy is weak offense wise, and they resist both poison and fighting, as well as neutral to dark.
Sabley's got power gem for neutral damage on dark types

Other than that, maybe FP venusaur

Umbreon has really nice stats, and so has Azumarill ,which is Fairy type. Then Mons to counter it, like Tentacruel or Venusaur.
Sableye could also get a try, but is weak to Azumarill's Fairy.
Aside for that, Giratina if someone get's it under 1500.
Maybe Alolan Ninetales.

You could probably get a new account at low level, and trade it from another. then the Mon level is adjusted

But then you have to play with the new account. Your ranking in these cups is linked to your account so you will have to play with the new account in all future cups if you want the rankings to grow.
On a side note, G is easily countered by Umbreon and probably Azumarill as well.

I can see sableye playing the skarmory role in this tournament... move pool guarantees neutral damage on each type with its move pool while resisting each type except fairy which there is currently no fast move for... watch out for sableye!!

Sableye will be good but he is not in the place as skarmory in the Boulder league. The unique situation of skarmory is that all of his counters are weak to anything else in the league, so bringing a specific skarmory counter is risky. Azumarill is the best sableye counter and he will do great against others in the league.
