Probably hariyama on 2nd account, try to level it up to 32, if it doesnt cut it, to lv 35 (stardust 8000)
Moveset Counter/Dynamich Punch altougjh 1 or 2 Close Combat on Machamp might still do it.
This is assuming you playing with 2 phones where you practically only able to do some dodge on 1 acc
If there is 2 person, you can try with that setup dodging some (not all) Tyranitar Charge moves
The hardest will be in partly cloudy weather with fireblast and stoneedge donna be the hardest..
Be aware of dodge glitch, dodge only if you are certain that your counter wont be fainted when you tanked it.

Level the 1st account Machamps to hit the breakpoint at level 36 (with 15 attack). Significant help. Dodge one-bar charge moves if you could tank them, don't bother dodging crunch. The 2nd person is going to need to rejoin against most movesets so they should probably level the third Machamp to the breakpoint and then jump out+max revive after the first 3 attackers are down.

For all the machamps close to L36, level them to L36, plus another half a level for every missing attack IV. There’s a breakpoint.

People are forgetting that friendship changes the breakpoints, but they are still correct that you will want to hit them.

If you're great friends you should be fine I think, counter 16 BP is at lvl 30 and it has a new BP at around 38.
