Trying to solo Starmie with level 30 non-legendaries

Note: IVs are A/D/S. All attackers are level 30 (or to be powered to level 30) unless stated otherwise.
1. Gengar, SC/Sh, 13/15/13
2. Tyranitar, Bi/Cr, 13/15/13
3. Tyranitar, Bi/Cr, 12/15/15
4. Houndoom, Sn/FP, 15/13/11
5. Sceptile, BS/LB, 12/12/15
6. K-Exeggutor, BS/So, 13/14/10

Do you think the above team would be good enough? How should I cope with the surprise that is Hidden Power?

I suspect that my team may be too fragile against Hydro Pump, which is also difficult to dodge. If the autoselect makes Hydro Pump obvious, I could bring on a Venusaur (I have a 14/15/9 with RL/FP and a perfect with RL/So).

Would a Scizor (FC/XS, 12/12/15) be useful against Psychic, which Gengar is weak to?

Others that I would consider powering up:
A. Level 26 Jolteon (11/12/15) which would also need some CTMs. Since I lack other non-legendary Electric attackers, so I would use it if Aerodactyl or Vaporeon returns, but Gen IV is likely to bring new options.
B. Level 14 A-Exeggutor (15/15/14) which already has BS/So.

(I have a 15/13/15 K-Exeggutor with Cn/So, but no way will I FTM that.)
